About Collectr Plus

This service allows everyone to create a place to host content for a group of people. No e-mail address is required. No need to create an account. All you need is a code.
Everyone with the code can simply access an existing box to watch, download or upload content from any modern web browser or using the iOS / Android App.
Creating a code is free and super easy. Once a code is created simply share it to get started in order to collect all content across everyone from a wedding, a trip, a vacation, a project or any other event. Every code expires after 4 weeks and all data will be wiped automatically.

The rules are easy as that:

Create a code or log in with an existing code.
A code is valid for 4 weeks.
Share the code with all people you would like to give access to.
Watch uploaded content, upload more content or download content.
Content can only be deleted from the device/browser it has been uploaded from.
After 4 weeks the code expires and all data will be automatically deleted.

Images

You can upload images (JPEG) either one by one or multiple at once. The current limit per each image is 25MB in size. Uploading images is a free feature and included.

Videos

Uploading videos is a premium feature. You can simply add it once you have created a free code. The size of videos (MP4) are currently limited to 250MB each.

Documents

Uploading documents is a premium feature. You can simply add it once you have created a free code. Documents (PDF, DOCS, XLSX, PPTX) are limited to 25 MB each.

Delete content

Collectr Plus does not have any specific users per code. Deleting content is only possible from the device / browser it has been uploaded from.

Owner

When creating a new code your device/browser is automatically assigned as owner. This allows you to perform some more special tasks only from this device/browser.

Delete code

With the permission as owner of a code you delete a code and all content belonging to that code. A powerful feature that needs to be handled with care.

Owner content

With the permission as owner of a code you are able to delete any uploaded content by any other persons. Another powerful feature to administrate content.

Swipe options

Some more swipe options especially for mobile browsers, iOS and Android have been added to close images by a simple swipe down.

More than 4 weeks

You need a code to be valid for more than 4 weeks? You can extend a code within the service for a small amount for 4 more weeks.
